FAQ
The Lucky Draw is exclusive to HKeToll users (including Vehicle Owners, Commercial Vehicle Company and Commercial Vehicle Driver account holders) or Autotoll users in Hong Kong. Both HKeToll users and Autotoll users are required to fulfill all of the following requirements during the Promotion Period to be qualified to participate in the Lucky Draw:
- Hong Kong resident with a Hong Kong Identity Card; or an entity that holds a valid Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Companies Registry or Business Registration Certificate issued by the Inland Revenue Department; and
- each phone number and HKeToll account can only be registered for the Lucky Draw once, any repeated registrations will be considered invalid; and
- is a HKeToll Typical/Commercial Vehicle Company/Commercial Vehicle Driver account holder or Autotoll prepaid account owner; and
- associated vehicle(s) in the HKeToll account or Autotoll prepaid account; and
- no outstanding surcharge(s) in the HKeToll account and its associated vehicle(s) as at 21 September 2024 11:59 p.m. Hong Kong time; and
- sign up at the HKeToll’s designated campaign webpage (Link: https://www.hketoll.gov.hk/Promotion/HKeTollLuckyDraw) on or before 21 September 2024; and
- have successfully completed ONE of the designated tasks below via the HKeToll website or mobile application during the Promotion Period

Designated Stored Value Account (DSVA) refers to an account opened and maintained under HKeToll which can store monetary value. The balance in your DSVA will be used for payment of tunnel tolls.
If you set up Automatic Top Up Service for DSVA, DSVA will be automatically topped up when its balance falls below a specified amount, which ensures you never run out of balance to pay tunnel tolls.
To participate in the Lucky Draw, you are required to link up a credit card to top up the DSVA automatically.

If I have already linked up a credit card for auto-payment, how can I use the same credit card or change to use another credit card for setting up automatic Top Up Service of DSVA?
When you set up Automatic Top Up Service for DSVA, the HKeToll system will automatically link up the credit card currently used for auto-payment as the default credit card for your DSVA account. After successful set up of DSVA and Automatic Top Up Service, you can add, delete or change the order of your auto top-up means under “Designated Stored Value Account” of “Payment Management”.
Yes, you will be entitled to have one lucky draw chance if you set up Automatic Top Up Service for DSVA with any credit card other than the designated credit card.

If I successfully applied a ICBC credit card after registration of Lucky Draw, will I stand one more chance of lucky draw?
Yes, as long as you set up the Automatic Top Up Service of DSVA with a ICBC Credit Card within the promotion period and maintain until the end of promotion period, you will stand one more chance of the lucky draw. You can edit your auto top-up means under “Designated Stored Value Account” of “Payment Management”.

What is the “Simplified Sign-up of HKeToll” service of Autotoll? How do existing Autotoll customers register for this service to join the Lucky Draw?
“Simplified Sign‐up of HKeToll” service is to help existing Autotoll customers manage all tolls incurred from their vehicles using all tolled tunnels and roads (including the Government tolled tunnels where the HKeToll has been implemented, Tai Lam Tunnel and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge) in their current Autotoll Prepaid Accounts.

- Log onto your Autotoll account and follow the instructions to register the lucky draw
- Complete at least one HKeToll transaction via the Autotoll account within the promotion period

If I have already registered for the “Simplified Sign-up of HKeToll” service of Autotoll, can I join the lucky draw?
Yes. You will automatically join the lucky draw after you successfully pay toll for using the Government tolled tunnel in which HKeToll has been implemented via the Autotoll account at least once within the promotion period. For details, please refer to the lucky draw email sent by Autotoll. If you do not receive the email, please call Autotoll Customer Service Hotline at 2627 8888.

If I have already set up DSVA as a default payment means and linked up a credit card for the Automatic Top Up Service of DSVA before the campaign period starts, can I join the lucky draw?
Yes. You just have to click the “Join Now” button and fill in the lucky draw form to join the lucky draw.
You will receive a push notification of “You have successfully registered for the lucky draw.” in the HKeToll mobile app when you have successfully joined the lucky draw. If you have not yet turned on the mobile app’s push notification, please follow the instructions below:

- Log onto the HKeToll mobile app
- Click on the “Menu” icon at the top left-hand corner of the account home page
- Click on the “Gearwheel” icon at the top right-hand corner to enter “Account Management” menu
- Click on “Notification Settings”
- Click on “Options” of the App Push Notification
- Turn on “Marketing Communications”

Can I link up with other payment means for DSVA Automatic Top Up Service to join the lucky draw?
No. You are required to link up a valid credit card for DSVA Automatic Top Up Service to join the lucky draw.
You may contact the HKeToll Customer Service Hotline at 3853 7333 or the Autotoll Customer Service Hotline at 2627 8888 before the end of the promotion period.
The Lucky Draw result will be published on the HKeToll Lucky Draw’s webpage on 1 October 2024, Headline Daily newspaper and The Standard newspaper on 2 October 2024.
The winners will be notified individually on the Lucky Draw Date of 26 September 2024 by “HKeToll” via phone call, in-app push notification and/or SMS according to the contact number provided by the winners during the registration. The Winner(s) are required to redeem the Lucky Draw Prizes according to the instructions and terms and conditions stated in the Lucky Draw Prize redemption notification.
Grand Prize and Second Prize:
If the personal data provided is incorrect or the Winner of the Grand Prize and Second Prize cannot be contacted according to the contact number provided on or before 9 October 2024, the Winner will lose eligibility for the Grand Prize and Second Prize, and the prizes will be assigned to the reserved winner(s).
Third Prize:
If the Winners of Third Prize fail to collect the Lucky Draw Prizes within the specified Prize redemption period for whatever reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice.
* To ensure fairness, participation in the Lucky Draw is restricted for employees of Autotoll Limited and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“ICBC”).
