Terms and Conditions for HKeToll “Let’s Go Lucky Draw” (the “Lucky Draw”)
1.
The Lucky Draw is offered by Autotoll Limited (“Autotoll”). Autotoll is the Toll Service Provider of HKeToll. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.
The promotion period for the Lucky Draw is from 22 July 2024 (12:00 p.m. Hong Kong time) to 21 September 2024 (11:59 p.m. Hong Kong time), both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
3.
The Lucky Draw is exclusive to HKeToll users (including Vehicle Owners, Commercial Vehicle Company and Commercial Vehicle Driver account holders) or Autotoll users in Hong Kong. Both HKeToll users and Autotoll users are required to fulfill all of the following requirements during the Promotion Period to be qualified to participate in the Lucky Draw (each an “Eligible Participant”):
  1. Hong Kong resident with a Hong Kong Identity Card; or an entity that holds a valid Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Companies Registry or Business Registration Certificate issued by the Inland Revenue Department; and
  2. each phone number and HKeToll account can only be registered for the Lucky Draw once, any repeated registrations will be considered invalid; and
  3. is a HKeToll Typical/Commercial Vehicle Company/Commercial Vehicle Driver account holder or Autotoll prepaid account owner; and
  4. associated vehicle(s) in the HKeToll account or Autotoll prepaid account; and
  5. no outstanding surcharge(s) in the HKeToll account and its associated vehicle(s) as at 21 September 2024 11:59 p.m. Hong Kong time; and
  6. sign up at the HKeToll’s designated campaign webpage　(Link: https://www.hketoll.gov.hk/Promotion/HKeTollLuckyDraw) on or before 21 September 2024; and
  7. have successfully completed ONE of the designated tasks (“Designated Tasks”) below via the HKeToll website or mobile application during the Promotion Period
    Task A: Set up HKeToll DSVA with Credit Card Auto Top-up
    Step 1 Register for Lucky Draw and Set up DSVA as the default payment means in your HKeToll account following the instruction
    Step 2 Link Automatic Top Up Service of the DSVA with a Credit Card = 1 Lucky Draw Chance
    OR
    Link Automatic Top Up Service of the DSVA with a ICBC Credit Card = 2 Lucky Draw Chances

    Task B (For Existing Autotoll users Only): Register for the “Simplified Sign-up of HKeToll” service of Autotoll
    Step 1 Register for Lucky Draw and the “Simplified Sign-up of HKeToll” service of Autotoll following the instruction
    Step 2 Complete at least one HKeToll transaction via the Autotoll account within the Promotion Period = 2 Lucky Draw Chances
4.
Each Eligible Participant can be entitled with a maximum of TWO chances only in the Lucky Draw by completing one of the Designated Tasks during the Promotion Period.
5.
To ensure fairness, participation in the Lucky Draw is restricted for employees of Autotoll Limited and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“ICBC”).
6.
An Eligible Participant will receive a push notification of “You have successfully registered for the lucky draw.” in the HKeToll website or mobile application.
7.
The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 26 September 2024 (“Lucky Draw Date”). Entry to the Lucky Draw does not guarantee the winning of any Prize. The Lucky Draw results will be published on HKeToll’s designated campaign webpage (Link: https://www.hketoll.gov.hk/Promotion/HKeTollLuckyDraw) on 1 October 2024, Headline Daily newspaper and The Standard newspaper on 2 October 2024 in Hong Kong. There will be a list of reserved winners with their HKeToll Account Number and last 4-digits of their contact number, to be determined also on the Lucky Draw Date.
8.
The Lucky Draw winners (“Winner(s)”) will be randomly drawn by a computer system of Autotoll from the Eligible Participants on the Lucky Draw Date. Eligible Participant who has fulfilled the requirements during the Promotion Period in clause 3 above will have a chance to win one of the prizes set out below ("Lucky Draw Prize(s)"):

9.
Personal Data collected from an Eligible Participant for registration of the Lucky Draw will only be used for enrollment, administration, Winner announcement / communication and other directly related purposes to the Lucky Draw.
10.
Winners will be notified by “HKeToll” via SMS notification, in-app push notification and/or telephone on the Lucky Draw Date according to the contact number provided during the registration of the Lucky Draw (“contact number”). The Winner(s) are required to redeem the Lucky Draw Prizes according to the instructions and terms and conditions stated in the Lucky Draw Prize redemption notification.
11.
Only one lucky draw prize can be won per contact number and per HKeToll account.
12.
The Winners must maintain up-to-date and valid personal information with HKeToll and Autotoll by the time of the Lucky Draw.
13.
Autotoll reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Winners in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and disqualify any Winners subsequently found to be ineligible after the publication of the results of the Lucky Draw. No objection may be raised.
14.
The Lucky Draw Prizes cannot be refunded, transferred/resold, exchanged for cash and are not replaceable. In the event of any loss, damage, invalidity, or expiry after the prize redemption, the Lucky Draw Prizes will not be re-issued.
15.
The Winners understands and accepts that Autotoll and HKeToll is not the supplier of the Lucky Draw Prizes. Autotoll and HKeToll shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the Lucky Draw Prizes, including without limitation, their quality and the supply, the descriptions of the Lucky Draw Prizes provided by its suppliers. The Winners agree to indemnify and hold Autotoll, HKeToll and their staff harmless from, any losses, damages, actions and/or claims which may arise from any false trade description, misrepresentation, misstatement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Lucky Draw Prizes provided by its suppliers, its employees, officers or agents. Use of the Lucky Draw Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions as stipulated by the suppliers. Any disputes arising from the Prizes shall be resolved by the winner and the supplier directly.
Terms and Conditions of the Grand Prize
1.
The Winner of the Grand Prize will be notified about the arrangement of Lucky Draw Prize redemption via telephone (i.e. from Hong Kong telephone number 3853 7333), SMS notification and in-app push notification according to the contact number provided. If the personal data provided is incorrect or the Winner of the Grand Prize cannot be contacted according to the contact number provided on or before 9 October 2024, the Winner will lose eligibility for the Grand Prize and the prize will be assigned to the reserved winner(s).
2.
If the Winners of Grand Prize fail to collect the Grand Prize on or before 29 November, 2024 for whatever reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice.
3.
The Winner of the Grand Prize agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions listed regarding the Grand Prize. Autotoll shall not be responsible for any consequences due to the redemption or use of the Grand Prize.
4.
The Grand Prize cannot be refunded, transferred/resold, exchanged for cash or returned to Autotoll in exchange for another model.
5.
The Winner of the Grand Prize will bear the registration and administration cost of transferring the ownership of the electric vehicle to himself (or herself). Autotoll will bear the vehicle value (According to the price under the HKSAR Government’s "One -for-One Replacement" (OfO) Scheme).
6.
Inclusive of first registration tax payable pursuant to the Motor Vehicles (First Registration Tax) Ordinance (Chapter 330 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and 24-month (unlimited mileage) “Factory Warranty” which shall be provided by the relevant vehicle agent. The warranty shall commence on the date of first registration. The Grand Prize does not include first-year vehicle license fees, registration fees levied by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Traffic Accident Victims Assistance Fund (T.A.V.A), administration fees charged by the relevant vehicle agent, license plate fees and insurance of any kind.
Terms and Conditions of the Second Prize
1.
The Winners of Second Prize will be notified about the arrangement of Lucky Draw Prize redemption via telephone (i.e. from Hong Kong telephone number 3853 7333), SMS notification and in-app push notification according to the contact number provided. If the personal data provided is incorrect or the Winner of Second Prize cannot be contacted according to the contact number provided on or before 9 October 2024, the Winner will lose the eligibility for the Second Prize and the prize will be assigned to reserved winner(s).
2.
The Second Prize is sponsored by ICBC and will be in the form of a free credit card spending limit, which is to be credited to the Second Prize Winner’s ICBC Credit Card. For the Winner of the Second Prize who does not have the ICBC Credit Card, they have to apply it within one month of the Lucky Draw Date in order to be entitled to the Second Prize.
3.
If the Winners of Second Prize cannot fulfill ICBC’s due diligence requirement for credit card application, no compensation will be provided to ineligible participants.
4.
The Second Prize offered under this Lucky Draw will be credited to the Second Prize Winner’s ICBC Credit Card with the eligible transactions within three months after the announcement of the Lucky Draw result and will be shown in the respective monthly statement.
5.
The Winners of the Second Prize must hold a valid ICBC Credit Card when ICBC credits the reward.
6.
The Reward Period starts from the announcement of the Lucky Draw (1 October, 2024 to 31 March, 2025). The Winner must redeem the Second Prize within the reward period. Failure of redemption will result in cancellation.
7.
The free Credit Card spending limit can only be used for Credit Card retail spending, and cannot be used to offset any cash advance, financial charge or outstanding balance incurred before the Second Prize has been awarded.
8.
Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions.
9.
The Chinese version of the Second Prize Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese.
Terms and Conditions of the Third Prize
1.
The Winners of Third Prize will be notified about the arrangement of Lucky Draw Prize redemption via SMS notification according to the contact number provided. If the Winners of Third Prize fail to collect the Lucky Draw Prizes within the specified Prize redemption period for whatever reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice.
2.
The Third Prize is sponsored by ICBC. The Winners should contact the suppliers directly if there is any complaint or dispute on the prize or service related to the Third Prize. Use or redemption of any product or service or offer under the reward shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the participating suppliers (if applicable). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning of the Third Prize must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Winner, which shall in no way relieve such Winner from his/her payment or other obligations to ICBC.
3.
The Chinese version of the Third Prize Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese.
General Terms and Conditions
1.
Autotoll and HKeToll shall not be liable to the entries of any participant that are delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly completed or illegible for this Lucky Draw, including but not limited to as a result of any failure or malfunction of any computer or mobile device or by any failure or defect in connection network to the systems. The information appearing in HKeToll’s and Autotoll’s System and Report shall be final and conclusive.
2.
Participants agree that he/she shall enter the promotion at his/her own risk and shall be responsible for all risks of participating and always follow the rules of safe driving. Autotoll and HKeToll shall not be liable for any driving accidents, mobile network, facilities, security problems or proceedings incurred or suffered by the participant as a result of the participation.
3.
Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of an Eligible Participant’s eligibility to participate in the Lucky Draw. In case there is any suspected abuse, misuse or fraud which shall be determined at the sole discretion of Autotoll, Autotoll reserves the absolute right to disqualify the Eligible Participant’s eligibility to participate in the Lucky Draw and/or entitlement to the Lucky Draw Prize without prior notice.
4.
In case of disputes in relation to the Lucky Draw, the decision of Autotoll shall be final and binding.
5.
All photos and images are for reference only.
6.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
7.
Unless otherwise specified, if there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions and other promotional materials related to the Lucky Draw, the English version shall prevail.
Privacy Policy Statement
Autotoll reserves the right to publish the last 4 digits of the Winner’s contact number and HKeToll Account Number on the specific Promotion Webpage and newspapers for announcement purposes. We protect your personal information and are in compliance with the Hong Kong Laws of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
