Commercial Vehicles Arrangement
To facilitate the splitting of toll payments between commercial vehicle owners/company and drivers, HKeToll provides four options to choose, including HKeToll Mobile App, Monthly Statement, Two-piece Device and HKeToll Commercial Driver App.

HKeToll Mobile App

Commercial Vehicle Company
Registration
- Apply for “Vehicle Tag”, and affix the tag to the designated installation position
- Sign up an “Commercial Vehicle Company” account, and set up payment means
- Add your commercial vehicle to the account
- Approve the request of drivers to join your company fleet
Commercial Vehicle Driver
Registration
- Install “HKeToll” Mobile App
- Sign up an “Commercial Vehicle Driver” account and set up payment means
- Request to join the company fleet
Login/Logout
- Before work: To choose the vehicle for work and select “Check-in” in the “HKeToll” mobile app
- When passing through the tunnel: Tunnel tolls will be automatically charged to the “HKeToll” account of driver with the selected payment means
- After work: To select “Check-Out” in the “HKeToll” mobile app

Monthly Statement
Commercial vehicle owners can view the monthly e-statement including the tunnel toll payment records, which is convenient for splitting the tunnel tolls with commercial vehicle drivers.
Additionally, users can retrieve the record of the tunnel usage and related toll payment according to different dates and times through HKeToll website or Mobile App, which will be ease for commercial vehicle owners and individual commercial vehicle drivers to deal with the tunnel tolls collection.

Two-piece Device
Commercial vehicle owners/ companies and commercial vehicle drivers can purchase the Two-piece Device for splitting tunnel tolls. It consists of a “Commercial Vehicle Driver Card” and a “Commercial Vehicle Driver Card Holder”.
The Two-piece Device must be used with “Vehicle Tag”. The commercial vehicle companies or registered vehicle owners are required to apply for “Vehicle Tag” and sign up a “Commercial Vehicle Company” account first. Afterwards, please affix the “Holder” to the designated position of the front windscreen.
Furthermore, the “Holder” must be at least 10cm away from vehicle tag, Autotoll tag, mobile phone, camcorder, antenna, metal parts of the vehicle (such as metal frame and A-pillar). Otherwise, it may affect the detection performance of the Driver Card.
The “Driver Card” and the “Holder” are available for sale at the customer service centres. The retail price of each “Holder” and “Driver Card” are HK$120 respectively. The cost can be saved if commercial vehicle companies (or registered vehicle owners) and commercial vehicle drivers split tunnel tolls by using “HKeToll” mobile app.
Before the use of “Commercial Vehicle Driver Card”, it is required to sign up a HKeToll account and activate the card to process the tunnel toll payment. The drivers can first set up a payment means in the account, such as a credit card or bank account, to pay the tolls automatically. Or activate the function of designated store value account (DSVA) and deposit money in the account for payment in advance.
The drivers should properly insert the “Driver Card” into the Holder before driving the vehicle with the “Vehicle Tag”. When the vehicle passes through the toll tunnel, the system will detect their “Driver Card” and will charge the tunnel tolls from driver’s selected payment means. The drivers shall remove their own “Driver Card” after work.
Furthermore, the drivers should make sure that the “Driver Card” is fully inserted into the “Holder” before use. If the drivers pass through the toll tunnel without the “Driver Card” or inserting the “Driver Card” improperly, the toll service provider will charge the registered vehicle owner for the relevant tunnel tolls accordingly.

- Set up payment means in the account
- Activate the “Commercial Vehicle Driver Card”
- Install “HKeToll” Mobile App
Login/Logout
- Before work: Fully insert the “Driver Card” into the “Holder” of Two-piece Device
- When passing through the tunnel: Tunnel tolls will be automatically charged to the “HKeToll” account of driver with the selected payment means
- After work: Remove the “Driver Card”

HKeToll Commercial Driver App
We launched a new mobile application dedicated for taxi trade, named as “HKeToll Commercial Driver App” to facilitate taxi rentee-drivers to pay tolls. The App offers an easy way for taxi rentee-drivers to check transaction records and payment status for using the HKeToll tunnels, as well as simplified the payment method.
With this App, the taxi rentee-drivers can enjoy easier management and experience for paying tunnel tolls.
“HKeToll Commercial Driver App” has added a new feature that enables the driver to split tunnel toll with ease. The taxi vehicle owner/ company can apply for a QR code sticker for each taxi, which will have the vehicle registration mark printed on it. The QR code sticker can be placed on the back of the sun visor. The taxi driver can scan the QR code following the instructions before starting their shift. When passing through the tunnel, the tunnel tolls will be automatically charged to the HKeToll account of the driver.
There is no need to remove the QR code sticker from the taxi even if the vehicle registration mark is changed. You can continue to use the same QR code sticker, since it is linked to the specific vehicle.
