How to Pay
The HKeToll account can link with a bank account, a credit card or designated stored value account for auto payment and provide a function of stored value. Users can deposit amount in the account in advance so that the tunnel tolls can be deducted from it immediately after passing through the tunnel.

Vehicle Tag Auto Payment
Users can set up their automatic payment method, such as authorize bank account direct debit, credit card automatic payment or debit from designated stored value account.

You may link a credit card of Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay with your HKeToll account for auto payment.

You can download the “"Direct Debit Authorization Form for Payment of Tunnel Toll" online or obtain it at the HKeToll customer service point, please complete and sign the authorization form and return it to the HKeToll customer service point for processing.

Set Up Designated Stored Value Account (DSVA)
- You can choose Bank Transfer for Automatic Top Up Service.You can download the "Direct Debit Authorization Form for Adding Value to Designated Stored Value Account" from the resource center of the website or obtain it at the customer service centre or service outlet of HKeToll. After completing and signing the authorization form, please return the original copy by mail or in person to the customer service center or service outlet of HKeToll to proceed.

Payment for Class Tag
Each “Class Tag” costs HK$38 and has the stored-value function. Motorists can top up at designated customer service centre, service outline or 7-11.
*Please note that electronic payment means top-up or automatic top-up is not applicable to "Class Tag".
Please ensure that there is enough balance for the “ClassTag” to pay the tunnel toll, and top up in time if necessary. If the balance of the “Class Tag” is insufficient to settle the amount of tunnel toll, the tunnel toll will not be deducted from the reminaing balance.

Payment for Vehicles with No Tag
If a vehicle passes through a toll tunnel without a “Toll Tag”, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology of HKeToll system could detect the vehicle and transmit the relevant data to the backend system instead. Afterwards, the toll service provider will issue the e-notice for payment to registered vehicle owners.
Registered vehicle owner will be able to settle the tunnel toll through FPS, credit card, Octopus, Service Centre and Service Outlet of HKeToll or pay in cash at 7-Eleven convenience stores.
Registered vehicle owner are required to settle the outstanding tunnel tolls within a grace period of 14 working days in order to avoid any surcharge.

HKeToll Unpaid Toll and Surcharge Payment Arrangements
The registered vehicle owner, who has entered the toll area of the Government tunnels without paying the toll after the implementation of HKeToll, has to pay the toll within 14 business days after passing the toll area. If the toll is not paid within the 14 business days, the registered vehicle owner is liable to pay an initial surcharge of $175 in addition to the unpaid toll.
If the registered vehicle owner fails to pay the unpaid toll and the initial surcharge within the time specified in the surcharge notice, he or she is required to pay a further surcharge of the amount $350.
