Starting from February 20 (Monday), in addition to the existing four customer service centers, the Transport Department (TD) opens dedicated service counters at Rumsey Street and Tsuen Wan Government multi-storey car parks to handle the application for vehicle tags and driver cards for the taxi trade. The service hours are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.



In order to avoid chaos and to minimize waiting time, the dedicated service counters will only provide services to taxi owners and drivers who have made an appointment. The TD appeals to the taxi trade to make use of the reservation service as far as possible. One-hour free parking will be provided to reservation holders who drive to the dedicated service counters.

6.When you complete the above steps, you will receive a SMS for confirmation of the booking.

In addition, the toll service provider will also send ambassadors to nine dedicated liquidated petroleum gas (LPG) stations in the territory to assist taxi owners and drivers in making reservations.
